Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations Sr. Specialist to optimize and execute procure-to-pay strategies, logistics procurement, and governance across facilities. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive value, efficiency, and risk management in support of company targets.

Role requires deep experience in SCM, contracting, and Maximo, with strong cross-functional leadership and a focus on OTIF and service excellence within the energy sector.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business-related field or behavioral science; engineering/technical background preferred.
• At least 4 years experience in SCM or related fields.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Project experience preferred but not required.
• Licenses preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize resources and implement Source to Pay strategies for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with analytics to identify opportunities and maximize savings and efficiency.
• Lead contract negotiations with technical, legal and financial teams.
• Develop and endorse contract templates and terms based on scope and risk assessments.
• Support procurement operations to ensure OTIF and timely service delivery.
