Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Senior Solutions Researcher (Team Lead) in Eastwood City, Quezon City, for a night-shift, onsite, full-time role. You will lead a small team, supervise research on U.S. ACA health plans, verify provider networks and formularies, and document findings with precision.

You will train researchers, ensure quality control, and maintain an auditable trail of every material conclusion, while upholding privacy standards. This is a research/leadership position, not sales.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, training, or reviewing the work of other employees.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to communicate confidently with U.S. insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and case-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web browsers, PDFs, screenshots, and online research tools.
• Willingness to work fixed overnight schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned to U.S. Central Time).

Responsibilities

• Research U.S. ACA individual health insurance plans using approved sources and tools.
• Verify provider networks, formularies, and drug tiers; document coverage details.
• Create complete, auditable research records with sources and dates.
• Train and guide Solutions Researchers; review output for accuracy and completeness.
