Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a senior Solution Architect with deep BSS and Telco domain expertise to craft high‑level and detailed architecture blueprints. You will lead cross‑functional design efforts, build comprehensive solution plans, and guide technical design across operating model groups in a cloud‑enabled, hybrid environment.

The role requires hands-on cloud (AWS) and on‑premise experience, plus strong API/middleware integration and migration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years actual Solution Architecture experience.
• 10-15 years overall IT experience.
• Strong BSS and/or Telco experience or BSS and/or Telco experience negotiable.
• Hands-on experience in cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments from actual working experience.
• Experience in API and middleware integration and migration from actual working experience (Designer/Developer background).
• With experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, Network.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level and low-level solution architecture blueprints for the assigned operating model group to address business requirements
• Create Solution Plan documents comprising application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and detailed impact assessment of affected platforms
• Perform technical assessments to estimate effort, resource requirements, timeline, and cost for proposed solutions
• Create high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) aligned with architecture blueprints
• Co-design with cross-functional teams to develop user-centric experience (UI/UX) and solutions addressing user requirements
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and Technology Leads to review solution implementation, timelines, testing approaches, and risk mitigation strategies
• Evaluate problem areas and recommend alternatives aligned with client priorities
• Develop architecture designs aligned with client architecture and design principles, security and delivery standards
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and act as escalation point for technical challenges and design decisions
• Create deployment and migration plans, tracking and addressing technical issues and risks throughout design and delivery phases
