Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Waste Management, Urban Infrastructure, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal solid waste management and infrastructure development.
• Experience as Team Leader or Project Manager in ADB, World Bank, or MDB-financed projects.
• Strong expertise in waste collection, MRFs, composting, recycling, and resource recovery systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall implementation of the study.
• Coordinate technical, financial, environmental, social, procurement, and institutional workstreams.
• Oversee stakeholder consultations and government coordination.
• Ensure compliance with ADB project preparation and processing requirements.
