Job summary

Expertise France is seeking a Deputy Project Leader to support the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership. The role combines high-level programme management with strategic oversight of the Innovation workstream, enabling eco-enterprises and MSMEs to adopt waste-reduction strategies and circular economy practices in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with partners, ensure compliance with Expertise France procedures, guide technical assistance teams, and lead advocacy and MEAL efforts to monitor

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing EU-funded or international development projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships and public-private actors.
• Ability to define and implement intervention strategies with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the project intervention strategy in collaboration with the Project Leader.
• Coordinate and supervise the management and coordination team in Manila.
• Oversee innovation workstream strategy, deliverables, and partner relations.
• Ensure quality and coherence across the project and related programs.
• Lead workshops and market-bridging events with Advocacy Officers when needed.
