Job summary

Anonymous is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for solar initiatives in the Philippines. You will use MS Project and Primavera to drive on-time delivery through careful planning and cross‑functional coordination.

In this role you will work with project teams to update schedules, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies while producing progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years relevant experience as Project Scheduler, preferably for Solar Projects or Renewable Projects.
• Proven experience in solar project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project and Primavera.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and critical paths.
• Coordinate with project teams to update schedules regularly.
• Identify delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule forecasts.
• Support project managers in planning and execution.
