Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project planning/scheduling, preferably in construction or solar projects.
Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Coordinate with project teams to define scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes and delays.
Analyze and report on variances between planned and actual progress.
Provide early warnings for potential schedule delays and suggest mitigation strategies.
Assist in budget planning and cost control efforts.
Ensure compliance with project management procedures and client specifications.
Support risk management and change control processes.
