Job summary

FIS - Fidelity Information Services is seeking a senior application support professional to maintain high availability for multiple applications. The role requires strong C/C++ expertise and familiarity with payments, with hybrid work arrangements (three days in-office, two days remote).

You will provide incident analysis, change deployment support, performance monitoring and collaboration with development teams to deliver reliable software services.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with C or C++.
• Strong experience and exposure with C and C++; knowledge in Payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for a software production processing environment.
• Installs, maintains and supports application components including third party software.
• Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
• Analyzes and resolves incidents or known errors related to the applications.
• Creates and maintains documentation related to application software and supports 24/7 operations.
