NCC Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to lead technical initiatives across engineering and stakeholders, shaping vision, strategy, and execution for complex software products.

You will own requirements, backlog, and roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical feasibility aligns with business goals and delivers high‑impact features.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles with requirements/acceptance criteria.
• Ability to prioritise large backlogs and engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong process analysis, mapping skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Agile development processes and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Product Requirements considering customer needs and engineering principles.
• Lead engineers, designers, architects and QA testers to deliver features.
• Gather and prioritise customer feedback to improve services and processes.
• Communicate progress and direction to stakeholders across departments and geographies.
• Manage backlog, release planning, roadmap creation and maintenance.
• Develop technical prototypes, documentation and product training materials.
