ConnectOS is seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and contributing to the development of our industry leading SAAS Software products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate software engineer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, quality driven and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
• Expertise in C# and .NET with solid OOP and architectural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable SAAS software solutions.
• Own significant features from concept to delivery and support.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to meet business and quality goals.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and tech selection.
• Uphold best practices: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization.
• Investigate hard technical issues and guide root-cause analyses.
• Evaluate new technologies to boost performance and developer productivity.
