CoverGo Limited is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable SaaS platform. You will mentor developers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance software.

The role demands strong backend and frontend expertise, cloud experience, and a passion for modern software practices. Hybrid/Remote options available for a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with SaaS leadership.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Proficient in back-end tech: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Proficient in front-end: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices.
• Strong TDD, testing (unit/integration), and secure coding practices.
• Experience with DDD and scalable, high-traffic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end teams.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering for cohesive solutions.
• Optimize performance for large datasets and high user load.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Address bugs promptly to ensure reliability.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across applications.
• Mentor junior developers and drive team growth.
• Stay updated with new tech and guide adoption.
