Job summary

ConnectOS in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable SAAS solutions. You will own major features end-to-end and mentor junior engineers, driving delivery and support.

Requirements include 5+ years of software development, expert C#/.NET, RESTful APIs, microservices, SDLC/Agile experience, and hands-on CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud (Azure/AWS). Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
• Expertise in C# and .NET with strong OO and architecture knowledge.
• Experience building distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Strong SDLC and Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).
• Proficiency with unit/integration testing and modern deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable SAAS solutions.
• Own significant features from concept through delivery and support.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers via code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to meet business needs and quality.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection.
• Adhere to clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
