Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines is hiring a senior full stack developer. You will design, build, and deploy web and mobile features, integrate with healthcare systems, and implement AI-enabled capabilities on cloud-native platforms.

You will work on secure, scalable solutions in a remote work setup while collaborating with global teams like GCP and Azure services, delivering Phase 2 features and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full stack development.
• Strong C#/.NET skills (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Web API).
• Strong React/TypeScript skills (Next.js). React Native experience.
• Hands-on healthcare integration with FHIR, HL7v2 or DICOM.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL, messaging; OIDC/OAuth2.
• Docker, Kubernetes (GKE/AKS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating LLM/AI features into apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end: web screens, mobile screens, APIs, and data behind them.
• Deliver Phase 2 features: teleconsultation, medication management, AI assistants.
• Create connectors to labs, EHRs, imaging, pharmacies, payers using standard protocols.
• Map partner data to FHIR resources and validate it for reconciliation.
• Develop long-running clinical workflows with Temporal (.NET).
• Use idempotent patterns and event messaging to avoid data loss.
• Secure login, consent, and access rules with OIDC/OAuth; mTLS.
• Package and deploy services as containers on Kubernetes via CI/CD.
