Job summary

Domain Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to design and deliver scalable, reliable software across microservices, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and quality. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product managers to ensure solutions meet customer needs, and drive cloud-based design across AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps.

This role also includes participating in on-call rotations and continuously improving processes to reduce incidents while maintaining high engineering

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable software, high-traffic websites, and complex mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions with engineers and tech leads.
• Champion engineering best practices and contribute to system health and technical debt improvements.
• Drive engineering efficiency and collaborate with tech leads to improve processes and systems.
• Mentor junior engineers in solution design and development.
• Develop a strong understanding of the product and business domain.
• Work with Product Managers to ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents.
• Continuously improve processes and software quality to reduce incidents.
