Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong product sense to ship high-impact, durable solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with backend focus.
• Experience building backend systems with multiple datastores and API design.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience and building AI-enabled workflows.
• High ownership, initiative and ability to work with semi-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with intel analysts to translate goals into technical solutions with measurable success.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve intelligence collection and productize work.
• Design, build, and own AI-powered internal applications end-to-end (backend services, APIs, storage, interfaces).
• Develop agentic solutions using state-of-the-art models to augment workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to delivery and ongoing support.
• Build reliable, scalable systems that analysts depend on daily.
