• Advanced PHP concepts including PHP 8.x features and attributes.
• Design patterns (SOLID, DDD) and enterprise frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Asynchronous execution with queue systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka) and caching layers (Redis, Memcached).
• Strong testing and automation mindset with production readiness and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own projects or major features at the team level, including architecture and delivery strategy.
• Lead technical standards for database changes, code review, testing, and incident response.
• Guide architectural decisions balancing immediate delivery with long-term maintainability.
• Lead production incidents involving financial or inventory data to determine root cause and preventive actions.
• Design incremental modernization strategies for legacy systems and safe migrations.
• Establish database governance and multi-customer testing procedures.
• Mentor developers in SQL Server practice, transaction design, and professional judgment.
• Conduct thorough code reviews focusing on correctness, safety, and testability.
• Diagnose systemic issues and propose solutions to improve team effectiveness.
• Communicate with product, QA, customer success, and leadership to align priorities.
