Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking a Marketing Video Editor to convert raw footage into short-form social videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong graphics and color grading. You will craft visually engaging content that aligns with brand campaigns.

You will collaborate with the team, incorporate feedback, and deliver consistent quality while meeting U.S. timings. This remote role offers USD pay plus stipends for health, WFH, education, and co-working.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/After Effects)
• Experience creating short-form content for social media (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Experience with color grading and color correction
• Strong eye for detail and visually engaging content
• Knowledge of video design best practices and trends
• Basic audio editing incl. sound mixing and noise reduction
• Ability to incorporate feedback and manage revisions
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET)
