Justsimply Marketing is seeking a talented Full-Time Video Editor to craft engaging YouTube content from a remote location. You will edit long-form videos and Shorts, focusing on storytelling and viewer retention.

You will apply transitions, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design while aligning with the channel’s branding and audience preferences. Strong communication and deadline discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing YouTube videos with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of YouTube algorithm, retention, CTR.
• Experience with color grading, sound editing, motion graphics.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate clearly.
• Familiar with YouTube trends and audience engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos (8-20 minutes) and YouTube Shorts.
• Implement storytelling techniques, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, including pacing, visuals, subtitles, and sound.
