Job summary

XG Tech PTE.LTD. is seeking a SoC Power Management Engineer to design and optimize power management software for next‑gen vehicle SoCs. You will drive system stability from driver code to high‑level power control, collaborating with hardware, firmware, and system teams.

With a focus on PLL, Clock, PMIC, DVFS, and CPUFreq, you will develop tests, validate power functionality, and document designs for mass production. A strong background in Linux drivers and ARM64 is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ≥5 years in power management software development.
• Experience developing for SoC platforms and embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux driver development and ARM64 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver system-level power management software for SoC platforms (PLL, Clock, PMIC, DVFS, AVS, CPUFreq, CPUIdle, DevFreq, PM Runtime, Suspend/Hibernate).
• Support productization, mass production, and chip function verification of power management systems.
• Develop and maintain test cases to validate power system functionality and stability.
• Optimize power performance and improve system stability across software and hardware layers.
• Compile design specifications and manuals for power management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams for smooth integration and deployment.
