Based in Taguig, Philippines, this on-site role reports to the RD&A Manager and involves collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to meet market needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in snacks product development.
• Strong technical competence in snacks seasoning systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply snacks seasoning systems for Philippines and SEA markets.
• Drive growth of snacks in the Philippines and Southeast Asia with key customers.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Engage with Kerry's product collection and adapt it to meet business needs.
