Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Production Planner, SMT to lead the development and execution of structured SMT production plans across Laguna and Cavite facilities.

You will collaborate with Materials Planning and Procurement to ensure timely material availability and sustain production continuity, driving factory loading, capacity planning and resource optimization to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Planning/ Production Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute SMT production schedules across all product families and factory locations.
• Drive achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets by aligning production plans with customer demand.
• Lead coordination and communication of production plans with internal teams to meet goals and capabilities.
• Monitor demand fluctuations and collaborate with Operations to mitigate SMT capacity impacts.
• Ensure on-time delivery by overseeing SMT plan execution and implementing contingency measures.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments and readiness of materials.
• Perform capacity planning by evaluating total factory resources against demand to optimize utilization.
• Collaborate with Materials Planners and Buyers to secure material readiness for uninterrupted SMT production.
• Track production performance, identify risks, and implement corrective and recovery actions.
• Promote and maintain compliance with company safety programs.
