Job summary

Tempserv Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Technician (Electronic) to join our field service team in Bishan, Singapore. You will provide on-site technical support, perform assembly, testing, inspection and packaging of electronic products, and conduct fault diagnosis and repair to ensure performance meets specifications.

The role requires hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, soldering and troubleshooting, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in electronic assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance or field servicing is preferred.
• Entry candidates with a keen interest in hands-on technical work are welcome to apply.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel to customer sites when required.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with positive attitude and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge and skills.
• Hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, soldering and troubleshooting.
• Class 3 driving licence

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, field servicing and maintenance.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection and packaging of electronic products and system.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electronic product and system.
• Perform soldering and rework of electronic components, including fine-pitch SMT components, in accordance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Support product verification, functional testing, and quality inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of service, maintenance, repair, and test records.
• Support logistics activities, including collection and delivery of goods when required.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
