Job summary

Vertiv in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Coordinator to ensure accuracy between Sales Orders, Service Requests, and Install Base data for proper billing and revenue recognition. Working with minimal supervision, the Senior Coordinator applies advanced knowledge of Vertiv products, SKUs, and install base management to resolve data discrepancies and guide order shaping processes.

You will support billing, revenue recognition, and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication; strong organizational skills.
Works independently within established procedures; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with order management and billing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, coordinate, and maintain T&M quotes and service documents.
Create service requests and ensure accurate billing instructions and customer details.
Monitor and follow up on quotes to drive service execution and conversion.
Validate revenue and cost recognition for quoted vs. actual services.
Audit technician work and determine billability and documentation accuracy.
Coordinate with engineers, district managers, and parts team to ensure correct materials and billing.
