Job summary

Krones Philippines, based in Taguig City, seeks an experienced finance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for Service Operations and projects. You will prepare management reports and dashboards, manage end-to-end service and project administration, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, customers and suppliers across the region.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Min. five (5) years in service administration, project administration, operations support, or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Business One, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint and related systems.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning for Service Operations and projects to support objectives and profitability.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, forecasts, business reviews and financial analyses for stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end service and project administration, including quotations, orders, invoicing and documentation.
• Oversee project financial management including cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Review and process financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Service Engineers, Customers, Suppliers, and Regional Teams.
• Manage procurement and supplier administration activities and vendor documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and support workforce planning and capability development.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, controls and regulatory obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, reporting and processes.
