Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in security management in residential/commercial complexes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor security policies and procedures for the property.
• Oversee 24/7 security coverage for residential and commercial areas.
• Coordinate with external security agencies and vendors.
• Establish emergency response procedures and conduct drills.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems.
• Investigate incidents and maintain detailed reports.
