Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains specific subject expertise and provide inputs as required.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and minimise exposure.
• Act as a process expert in International and Domestic markets where trade settlement & Collateral teams operate.
• Maintains risk management and control activities for the assigned group.
• Provides hands on training for new staff and cross training for experienced staff.
• Ensures response/resolution is completed within established deadlines/SLDs and applies appropriate priorities.
