Job summary

Comrise in the Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile delivery and enable teams to apply Scrum principles in a complex tech environment. You will work with Product Owners, engineers, QA, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned product and technical accountability.

Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, maintaining a prioritized backlog with clear goals, and delivering high-quality increments with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in software/digital product teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and agile delivery practices.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through Scrum events and iterative delivery.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement).
• Coach teams on agile ways of working, self-management, and continuous improvement.
• Establish working agreements and promote a transparent delivery culture.
• Support Product Owners with a clear, prioritized backlog aligned to business objectives.
• Promote small, usable increments and regular feedback over activity-based reporting.
• Enable teams to deliver software solutions with quality and predictability.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance and delivery commitments.
• Provide stakeholders with visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
