Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s EPG LAC PD Power Distribution division seeks a SCM MANAGER in Nuevo León. The role oversees procurement, planning, inventory control, warehousing and shipping for multiple product lines; leads a team and drives KPI attainment and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SCM management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong knowledge of MRP/ERP, SAP and lean/six sigma concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of SCM Manager experience in a large company.
• Strong English and Spanish bilingual communication.
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP/ERP systems; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with distribution centers and international trade processes.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing of major commodity groups and drive cost reductions.
• Coordinate SIOP demand and supply planning to meet customer dates.
• Manage inventory, warehousing and logistics performance.
• Lead and train SCM staff; ensure KPI attainment and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NAFTA, customs and Eaton policies.
