In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation solutions that support large-scale SAP transformation and sustainment initiatives. You will collaborate with QA teams, SAP functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation assets that improve testing efficiency, reliability, and coverage across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable SAP test automation assets aligned with business and project objectives.

• Contribute to automation roadmap planning and identify opportunities to increase automation coverage and asset reuse.

• Promote automation standards, governance, and quality engineering best practices across SAP programs.

• Create scalable, reusable, and parameterized Tricentis Tosca modules, test cases, and test templates.

• Drive continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for critical SAP business processes.

• Optimize existing automation assets to improve maintainability, stability, and execution efficiency.

• Collaborate with project teams to identify automation candidates and expand automated test coverage.

• Develop sustainable test data management strategies to support reliable and repeatable test execution.

• Coordinate with environment and SAP support teams to ensure automation readiness across testing environments.

• Implement reusable and parameterized test data approaches.

• Monitor automation coverage, execution results, defect detection rates, and automation asset health.

• Prepare and present automation performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Mentor team members through coaching, peer reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Conduct workshops, code reviews, and training sessions to promote automation excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.

• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable automated test suites for SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes, including SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, MDG, BW, Ariba, or related enterprise applications.

• Experience with test data management and automation best practices.

• Experience working on large-scale ERP programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to build reusable and parameterized Tosca artifacts including Modules, Test Cases, Test Templates, and Test Steps.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industries.

• Experience working in GxP or validated system environments.

• Experience with OpenText ALM AQM or similar application lifecycle management tools.

• Knowledge of SAP integrations, middleware, and end-to-end business process testing.

• Programming experience in Java, C#, Python, or similar languages.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
