Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Senior SAP Test Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation assets using Tricentis Tosca in SAP ECC/S4HANA environments.

You will collaborate with QA, SAP functional consultants, and business stakeholders to improve testing efficiency and coverage across large enterprise systems. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable SAP automation for ECC/S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM).
• Experience with test data management and automation best practices.
• Experience with large-scale ERP programs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to build reusable and parameterized Tosca artifacts (Modules, Test Cases, Templates).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable SAP test automation assets aligned with objectives.
• Contribute to automation roadmap planning and increase coverage and reuse.
• Promote automation standards, governance, and quality engineering practices.
• Create scalable Tosca modules, test cases, and templates.
• Drive continuous improvement of the automation framework and processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for SAP business processes.
• Optimize assets for maintainability, stability, and execution efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify automation candidates and expand coverage.
• Develop test data management strategies to support reliable test execution.
• Coordinate with environment and SAP support teams for automation readiness.
