Job summary

INK IT Solutions seeks an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) SME to support and enhance SAP SD across the ANZ region. You will handle end-to-end SAP SD delivery, including configuration, integrations, and post-go-live support within a global IT consulting context.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP SD, strong S/4HANA Cloud edition experience, ABAP familiarity, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and/or support environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience delivering custom developments and enhancements.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience — Private Cloud edition experience is a must; Public Cloud experience is good to have.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD processes including configuration and master data setup.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and MM, TM, and FI modules.
• Prepare functional specs, unit test plans, and test scripts.
• Guide stakeholders on SAP best practices and process improvements.
• Deliver custom developments and enhancements with technical teams.
• Provide application support including requirements analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate unit testing and integration/UAT activities.
• Support adoption of business process changes through documentation and training.
