Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Customer Master Data Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality of customer data in SAP. You will collaborate with Global/Regional Process Owners and stakeholders to handle data requests and drive process improvements while supporting ISO standards.

The role involves processing SAP requests, managing pricing data, and maintaining data trackers. Hybrid work setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (business preferred).
• 1+ year of related work experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) is required; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Skills in VBA, Macro and Power BI are highly preferred; Lean Six Sigma (Continuous Improvement) an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; fast learner with great attention to detail.
• Amenable to mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and hybrid work in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer master data meets quality standards set by Global/Regional Process owners.
• Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP.
• Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP via mass upload or direct changes.
• Submit SAP downloads for price and customer master information timely and accurately.
• Update master data trackers and productivity/tools documentation for monitoring.
• Perform process improvements and ensure ISO/Quality/Continuous Improvement compliance.
