Job summary

Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems within our pharmaceutical operations. You will drive complex projects from planning through deployment, ensuring compliance with GxP and GDP while delivering on time and within budget.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders and external partners, and mentor project staff to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in IT project management.
• 5+ years leading EWM or warehouse management system implementations.
• Proven SAP EWM configuration, customization, and deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and GDP regulatory requirements.
• Excellent English communication and senior stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EWM system implementation from planning to closure within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications across departments and external partners.
• Develop project plans with resources, risks, and contingency measures for pharma ops.
• Oversee EWM configuration, testing, deployment with GxP/GDP compliance.
• Mentor project teams and translate business requirements into specs.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Drive change management and user adoption of new systems.
