Job summary

dnata Travel Inc. seeks an experienced ERP Support professional to manage BAU activities with MSP partners, support ERP implementations, and optimize systems across modules like Procurement, FI/CO, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.

You will work with business users to capture requirements, configure and test upgrades, and ensure smooth cutovers, integrations, and compliance across the dnata application landscape.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• 5+ years SAP techno-functional experience across ECC, S/4HANA and RISE.
• Expertise in SAP modules: Procurement, MM, FI/CO, Payroll, HR SuccessFactors.
• Experience with automation, integration and ABAP debugging.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP and MSP-based BAU support across SAP modules.
• Assist ERP implementations and upgrades with config, testing and cutover support.
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions with users.
• Support ABAP debugging, changes, and fits to the ERP landscape.
• Document and monitor ERP integrations and touchpoints with other systems.
• Automate business processes where applicable and support audits.
