Qualifications

• Extensive SAP BW experience with production engagement and controls.
• Finance data analysis experience in large organizations.
• Experience in SLAs and delivery in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Support production platform monitoring and remediation tasks.
• Collaborate with Delivery Services to improve service availability.
• Lead incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Drive production readiness and testing activities.
• Implement changes with proper documentation and approvals.
