EY is seeking an experienced BW/HANA & BOBJ specialist Assistant Director to lead the reporting and analytics for the Mercury SAP platform. You will coordinate with SAP AMS, SDMs and business teams to ensure robust, scalable analytics across ECC, CRM and CLM environments.

The role emphasizes production support, data integrity, solution design and performance tuning within a global, cross-border program.

Qualifications

• Experience with BW/HANA production support and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP product landscapes including ECC, CRM, and EDW.
• Ability to document solutions and provide clear guidance to teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BW/HANA reporting and analytics support for Mercury solution.
• Manage data feeds to/from core SAP applications and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with SAP AMS and SDMs to implement supportable solutions.
• Drive performance tuning and upgradation activities during releases.
• Create detailed solution documentation and roadmaps.
