Job summary

TASQ in the Philippines is seeking a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager to lead data and analytics consulting, design data models, implement SAP data management solutions, and deliver training and client support to maximize value.

You will mentor diverse teams, apply systems thinking to solve complex problems, and ensure high-quality outcomes for client engagements. The role is hybrid, based in BGC, Taguig, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 10 to 15 years of experience.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements.
Analyzing client data needs and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making.
Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to create visualizations and reports.
Overseeing data integration and migration processes to optimize data management and quality.
Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.
Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for data quality improvement and process optimization.
Directing teams through complex data analysis and modeling tasks to deliver strategic insights.
Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine data solutions.
Promoting the adoption of innovative data technologies and practices within client organizations.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
