Job summary

TASQ is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead our SAP Core ERP practice in the Philippines. You will supervise delivery, architecture, and optimization of SAP solutions, including ABAP development, Fiori, HANA, and NetWeaver, while mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities include ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and client coaching to ensure high quality outcomes. Hybrid work setup with location at BGC, Taguig, Philippines, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of SAP experience with ABAP/Fiori.
• English language proficiency (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies.
• Guide teams in developing and executing SAP-based projects with timely delivery.
• Provide training and support to clients for SAP applications integration.
• Promote SAP technologies like Fiori, HANA, and NetWeaver in projects.
