Job summary
ShipERP, a leading multi-carrier shipping software provider, seeks a Senior SAP Business Analyst to design and deliver scalable SAP SD/LE solutions in a dynamic logistics environment. You will run workshops, translate business needs into system design, and ensure alignment with best practices while guiding teams through complex configurations.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in SAP, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on TM/EWM experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years in SAP with senior-level or solution-architect experience.
- Strong SAP SD/LE background; TM and EWM a plus.
- IT/SAP training and consulting background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business partners to gather requirements.
- Design solutions using SAP SD/LE and related modules.
- Provide technical assistance to junior/mid-level BAs and QAs.
- Coordinate with Solution Architect during SOW/Net New projects.
- Ensure accuracy of configuration and master data.
- Support testing through project implementation.
- Assist customer questions on testing prep.
- Collaborate with lead BA and developers to complete development.
- Attend internal and client meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
