Job summary

GECO Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to support enhancement, implementation, and support initiatives. The role requires hands-on ABAP with RICEF objects and strong problem-solving skills.

You will design, build, test, and maintain ABAP solutions, collaborate with functional teams, and contribute to knowledge transfer and continuous improvement within enterprise SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with RICEF development.
• Experience with SmartForms, Adobe Forms, User Exits, BADIs, and enhancements.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience converting functional specifications into technical designs and developments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions based on functional requirements.
• Design, build, test, and support RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues and application defects.
• Support system enhancements, implementations, and production support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and deployment-related deliverables.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in testing, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.
