Job summary

HRTX is seeking a SAP ABAP developer to analyze, design, implement and deploy SAP solutions across ECC, APO, BW, CRM, SRM and more. The role includes hands-on ABAP programming, OOP, RICEFW, testing, documentation, and mentoring junior developers.

The position requires collaboration in an agile environment, with potential client-facing work onshore. Strong coding standards and delivery focus are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP ABAP experience.
• Minimum of at least 2 full cycle implementations or equivalent maintenance.
• Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation.
• ABAP Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience.
• Knowledge of SAP product standards and coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications for SAP using ABAP and ABAP-OO across ECC, APO, BW, CRM, SRM and others, including Adobe forms.
• Perform technical analysis, debugging and optimization to ensure stability and performance.
• Design, develop and implement ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices and quality.
• Tackle complex challenges and deliver simple, effective solutions.
• Work in an agile team and apply agile development practices for iterative delivery.
