Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an ABAP Developer in Manila to deliver ABAP programming, testing and debugging for SAP modules. You will work with functional consultants and tech leads on ABAP code, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in ABAP and familiarity with SD/MM/FICO, plus S/4 HANA experience and SAP certification is a plus. You will follow coding best practices, document testing results, and contribute to project success while maintaining good team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College degree required.
3–5 years of related experience in ABAP development.
Strong ABAP capabilities including reporting, interface, conversion, enhancement & forms (RICEF).
Experience in SAP SD, MM & FICO modules and S/4 HANA programming preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle low to medium, and occasionally complex ABAP developments based on Functional designs.
Perform ABAP programming, testing and debugging for SAP modules.
Collaborate with functional consultants and technical lead to develop ABAP code and troubleshoot issues.
Follow best coding practices to ensure quality deliverables by self and team.
Address defects and performance issues identified during testing and go-live support.
Document testing for future reference and participate as part of a project team.
