IT Managers, Inc. seeks an Analyst Programmer – Salesforce to join our team in a hybrid role in Taguig. You will perform systems analysis, design Salesforce-based solutions, and drive ETL initiatives using Informatica.

The candidate should have extensive SDLC experience, strong analysis/design skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple developers across projects while delivering robust releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Salesforce Systems Analyst.
• 3+ years with Informatica or similar ETL tools.
• ETL analysis, design, and testing experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple resources.
• Strong Systems Analysis and Design skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC stages and deliverables.
• Programming skills in at least one platform.
• Familiarity with Source Code Control.
• Familiarity with Release Management practices.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis and design based on business and technical requirements.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and support Salesforce-based solutions.
• Work with Salesforce platforms and related systems to deliver business solutions.
• Analyze and design ETL processes using Informatica or similar ETL tools.
• Perform and support ETL testing and data validation activities.
• Coordinate and manage multiple developers/resources across projects.
• Participate in major SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Apply programming skills in supported platforms and technologies.
• Support Source Code Control procedures and version management.
• Participate in Release Management activities and ensure proper implementation of releases.
• Support Configuration Management practices across development and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical and system documentation.
