Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Application Development & Maintenance professional to support and enhance our Salesforce-based systems.

The role involves working in a cross-functional team to deliver, sustain, and optimize applications that meet internal and external business needs. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Salesforce support experience and working knowledge of Salesforce eCommerce, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud.

Qualifications

2-4 years of Salesforce support experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
Working knowledge of Salesforce eCommerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Health Cloud is desired.

Responsibilities

Applies practical knowledge of concepts to perform assignments.
Works on projects and support initiatives of moderate scope and complexity.
Analyzes and resolves moderately complex technical and functional issues with limited guidance.
Recommends improvements to existing processes and support procedures.
Exercises judgment within established guidelines to determine actions.
Works independently on day-to-day assignments and receives guidance on complex matters.
