Job summary

Satellite Office seeks a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to maximize Salesforce effectiveness across Sales and Service. You will evaluate current implementations, propose scalable, best‑practice solutions, and drive governance and standards with cross‑functional teams.

This delivery‑focused role requires hands‑on architecture, data modeling, and integration work, balancing business outcomes with technical discipline. A strong partner to admins and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

8–15+ years of deep Salesforce expertise across Cloud platforms and governance.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and related products.
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation (Flows), and Salesforce security.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders to understand how Salesforce supports sales and service workflows.
Evaluate platform usage, adoption, and workflow execution to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and usability.
Recommend platform enhancements that align with best practices and architectural standards.
Act as a trusted advisor by tying platform design to revenue, cost, productivity, risk and customer experience.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Salesforce org: data model, automation, security, integrations, and governance.
Document findings and present clear, actionable recommendations.
