Job summary

ThirdEye Consulting is scaling its Philippines delivery centre to support Salesforce, integration, data and AI projects. The Managed Services Consultant role focuses on empowering client teams to manage Salesforce platforms while delivering enhancements.

You will collaborate with Technical Account Managers on complex orgs, build roadmaps, ensure build quality, and maintain timelines. A strong Salesforce background with integration tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Successfully delivered complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
• Strong build skills with Salesforce Flow and declarative tools to meet business challenges.
• Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience or keen to learn.
• Experience debugging Salesforce orgs and collaborating with stakeholders and Technical Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships to maximise Salesforce ROI.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions across clouds to meet business needs.
• Manage and optimise client Salesforce orgs with seasonal releases and best practices.
• Install and configure third‑party apps to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Produce process maps, user stories, and functional specs as needed.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and end-users to define requirements.
