Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a contract-based role to design, build, and optimize Salesforce/CRM solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, handle complex user stories in Agile sprints, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

The candidate will work on API integrations (REST/SOAP), CI/CD practices, and be involved in end-to-end lifecycle from design to production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM development, preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Experience with system integration, API development, and automation.
• Exposure to Agentforce is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/CRM solutions from technical design through testing.
• Handle complex user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprint cycles.
• Conduct technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code following Salesforce and development best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms using APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
