Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions within Agile teams. You will build with Apex, LWCs, and Flow across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with CPQ or Marketing Cloud exposure as a plus.

You’ll join a collaborative environment that emphasizes code quality, unit testing, and DevOps practices, with monthly onsite work in Makati and a Mon-Fri, 1pm–10pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWCs and Flow.
• Experience across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud; CPQ, Marketing Cloud or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Experience with version control and DevOps (Git, Gearset, Jira/Confluence).
• Strong focus on code quality, unit tests and peer reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex and LWC code following best practices.
• Build solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow declaratives.
• Manage code with source control and deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and blockers resolution.
• Collaborate with team and communicate via Slack/MS Teams.
• Keep Jira/Confluence updated with progress.
