Job summary

Exasoft Zentact Solutions Philippines Corporation is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design and deliver enterprise data platform solutions. You will configure data streams, identity resolution, and unified profiles while building robust segmentation and activation workflows.

The role involves integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, plus external CDPs and data lakes. Strong SQL, API/middleware experience, and cloud platform familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Salesforce platform development with at least 2 years in Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud components including DMOs, Data Streams, and Unified Profiles.
• Experience designing data ingestion pipelines from CRM/ERP/marketing platforms and data warehouses.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud suites: Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills for segmentation, insights, and transformations.
• Experience integrating Data Cloud via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or middleware.
• Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Hands-on creation of Segments, Calculated Insights, Activation Targets, Data Actions.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP data platforms.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript for automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for enterprise customer data platforms.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Identity Resolution Rules, Unified Profiles, and Data Spaces.
• Build customer segmentation, Calculated Insights, Activation workflows, and audience publishing.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, external CDPs, data lakes, and third-party apps.
• Develop APIs and integration services using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
• Support Data Cloud deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
• Monitor data quality, ingestion performance, and system health while troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, BAs, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation including solution design, data mappings, deployment guides, and runbooks.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and contribute to reusable frameworks.
