Job summary

iCXeed Philippines Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that meet business and operational needs in the Philippines.

You will work across multiple Salesforce Clouds to implement automations and integrations with external platforms. You will build features with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce, and you will support integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure services, and other third‑party platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Background with Field Service, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Build and enhance features using Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Azure).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues and performance concerns.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce processes, workflows, and automations based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployments, and documentation following Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Salesforce applications and integrations.
